IN DETAIL
Key holding
We will hold your keys on your behalf releasing them only on your instructions, or used in emergencies. We do not actually charge for holding your keys as long as you award us another of our services. Please bear in mind that a lot of home insurance companies insist a local person holds your keys in case of an emergency - don't be caught out.
ICI/IMU Payments
We can calculate your ICI/IMU payments, ensuring payments are made on time and before fines are handed out.
Grounds Maintenance
We will undertake general gardening work or specific work as specified by you. This can include re-designing, grass cutting, strimming, weeding, pruning, hedge maintenance etc.
Laundry
We will ensure that as and when necessary, the sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and any other items are washed and changed.
Property checks
At intervals to suit you, which tend to be monthly, we will check the interior and exterior of your home, outbuildings and grounds, for security and any signs of damage. Following exceptional bad weather we can also undertake a ‘survey’ as quickly as possible to limit any further potential damage.
Arrival Preparation
For visiting owners and their guests, we will ensure the property is clean throughout, beds made and if necessary we will turn the heating on so the house is ready to welcome you.
Cleaning
Your property will be cleaned at intervals to suit you, usually weekly to deal with holiday changeovers or as necessary for visiting owners.
Information Packs
Information packs for guests are, after a clean house, one of the most important things guests need while on holiday, especially in a foreign country. They need ideas of where to go, where to eat, where to drink and a comprehensive information pack can make all the difference whether or not a guest will return to your holiday home. We can prepare and leave a comprehensive visitors guide based on your requirements and our experiences of many years in Abruzzo.
Mail Collection
We can collect mail for you and either leave it in the house, forward it onto you, or open certain post in order to pay bills such as electric, gas etc.
Renovation Projects
Should you wish to carry out larger renovation projects we can be on hand to oversee this work. We can visit at agreed intervals, reporting on progress made, taking digital photographs and emailing them to you.
Welcome Packs
Once you or your guests arrive we can ensure there is enough food and drink to last at least until local shops are open. We have different levels of service for this depending on your specific needs and requirements.
Repairs
From time to time repairs are always necessary to your home, not only to allow you to continue the enjoyment of the property, but also to maintain the asset value of the property. We can undertake general maintenance and repair work, including interior and exterior redecoration. This work can be either be paid for by the hour are priced prior to work commencing. For larger works and specialist works we can arrange for quotations prior to work commencing.
