Our Full Service Package

If you let out your home to holidaymakers, we can offer our full service, so we take all the enquires, respond within 12 hours, forward terms and conditions and booking forms to potential renters, receive booking deposits and balances and take on full responsibilty for all financial matters.

We will provide bi-monthly reports listing the names and emails of all enquirers, whether they booked or not, including reasons if they did not book and provide a full financial statement of exactly how your finances with us stand.

This service takes away from you the worry of dealing with enquires, which on some occassions can be a long winded process trying to secure the booking. 

As we are taking on the full responsibilty for your property, before we can agree to undertake this service for you, we will need to inspect your premises to ensure it comes up to our standards.
